    This has been one of the most pleasant stay. The staff was awesome. We were met at the front by a gentleman who help get every thing to the room The check in simple and the room was great. The entire experience was very pleasant.

    So far so good! Nice location near everything!! Worker nice room nice and clean only only thing was the parking. You have to pay to park! Regular parking is $22 a NIGHT and valet is $28 a night. Kind of worth it though because there is literally nowhere to park downtown

    We stayed overnight for a concert at the Spectrum Center. Great location for the concert and the Lyte Rail to get around Charlotte. Staff was friendly and helpful. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. I did request extra pillows through the IHG app but they were not in the room. Parking was $22 a night, which I guess is normal but wish they would just include in the stay.

    The hotel is perfectly located in downtown and has a garage co-located. The garage is a slight walk around the corner from the hotel so offload your luggage before you park. The is a great stay with two exceptions, the noise of muscle cars and motorcycles and the shower not draining properly. Hopefully upgrades or repairs are made.
